Southern California Connected has been created to facilitate the coming together of people to better reach the needs of our community. We hope to respond to the needs around us by gathering people and resources who share the same burden. The needs are many but we trust that everyone can do their small part to serve, love and come along side those in need. Please read through our blog to get a feel for the things we have done already. We want this to be a tool for you and a magnifier of the many outreach opportunities right at your fingertips. Feel free to pass this on to your neighbors, churches, schools, family and friends.
